    1. First, open the notepad.
    2. Copy-Paste the following script:

       Dim msg, beef
       msg = InputBox ("What do you want me to say?", "Enter the words")
       Set ox = CreateObject ("sapi.spvoice")
       sapi.Speak msg

    3. Save as, then select all files and then you name mypc.vbs
    4. completed
